Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Expedited Shipping
If you select Expedited Shipping, your order is protected against loss during transit.
In the event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either a reshipment or a refund, based on your preference.
Standard Shipping
Orders placed using Standard Shipping or Priority Processing are also eligible for reshipment if the package is confirmed lost during transit.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. However, some destinations may be unavailable due to carrier or regulatory restrictions.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you promptly after your order is placed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Office Object is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Customs & Import Fees
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipment may be subject to customs processing and related fees.

- Orders are processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only:

Holiday Season Notice
During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be extended by 5–7 additional business days due to increased carrier volume.
We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note:
- Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system
- Some low-cost shipping methods may have limited tracking visibility
If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact our support team.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if ordered together.
